David Anderson of Hamilton, Ohio was recently sentenced to one year probation and ordered to pay more than $30,000 in restitution for his role in a cheating scam at the Horseshoe Casino Cincinnati. Anderson and Nathaniel Allen received casino player reward cards loaded with unauthorized credits, providing free play.
Kristina Burns, who worked at the casino and issued the reward cards, was previously sentenced to five years probation for her role in the scam. The Commission revoked her casino gaming employee license in January.
