More Than $1 Million in Grants Awarded for Problem Gambling Prevention and Treatment

The Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services and its partners in Ohio for Responsible Gambling recently announced that more than $1 million in grants has been awarded to projects aimed at preventing and treating problem gambling in Ohio. Funding for the grants comes from the Problem Gambling and Addictions Fund, which was created by the constitutional amendment authorizing casino gambling in Ohio that was approved in 2009.
