Legislation Would Permit Casino Employees to Gamble In Ohio

A bill under consideration in the Ohio Legislature would permit casino employees to gamble in Ohio. Senate Bill 265, introduced by Senator Bill Seitz, would allow casino employees to engage in casino gaming, but not at the facility at which they are employed or an affiliated property. Senate Bill 265 was recently approved by the Senate Criminal Justice Committee by a unanimous vote, and now awaits consideration by the full Senate.
