Ohio law requires that, amongst other conditions, applicants undergo criminal-records checks conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (“FBI”) and the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation (“BCI”) before the Ohio Casino Control Commission is able issue a plenary license (R.C. 3772.07). The combined total for the FBI and BCI criminal-records checks is $47.25.
