The Commission is a law enforcement agency and is responsible for enforcing the Casino Control Law. It ensures the integrity of casino gaming by enforcing gaming laws and working with local, state and federal law enforcement agencies. This division serves as the Commission’s eyes and ears at the casinos. It is comprised of gaming agents, investigators and criminal intelligence analysts, who are stationed at each casino and staff a 24-7 operation.
Gaming agents are certified police officers and have full arrest authority on all casino property as well as outside the casino when enforcing the criminal section of the Casino Control Law.
