Please Note: Patron inquiries or complaints regarding the video lottery terminals at Ohio racinos (Belterra Park, Hollywood Gaming at Dayton, Hollywood Gaming at Mahoning Valley, JACK Thistledown, MGM Northfield Park, Miami Valley Gaming, Scioto Downs) or sports gaming kiosks at bars, taverns, and similar venues across the state should be directed to the Ohio Lottery Commission, as they are the appropriate regulatory agency. Inquiries or concerns about horse racing should be directed to the Ohio State Racing Commission.

If you have a patron inquiry or complaint with a licensed casino (Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati, Hollywood Casino Columbus, Hollywood Casino Toledo, JACK Cleveland), skill games facility, fantasy contest platform, an online sportsbook application or website, or brick-and-mortar sportsbook facility in Ohio, the Commission encourages you to first address the issue or concern directly with the business. You may also file the inquiry or complaint with the Commission.
