A Jefferson County grand jury has charged the owner of NUNAAC with operating an illegal casino.

Commission Gaming Agents, along with the Steubenville Police Department, served search warrants on NUNAAC in October after an investigation revealed the business was operating gaming machines that paid out cash in violation of Ohio law.
