Skill Games Resurface Despite State Ban

OCCC Executive Director Matt Schuler plans on speaking to members of the Joint Committee on Gaming and Wagering and the Ohio Legislature about the need to expand the Commission's authority over skill games. Recent reports of skill game businesses paying out cash prizes in violation of state law demonstrate to him that "It’s apparent that there are individuals in this state who are not willing to give up that illegal income easily."
