Commission Executive Director Matthew Schuler recently appeared before the House Finance Subcommittee on Primary and Secondary Education to provide testimony on the provisions of the state budget (House Bill 49) related to the agency's operations.
The Commission is proposing to spend additional funding in fiscal years 2018 and 2019 in support of our responsibilities to regulate skill games in Ohio. The funding will be used for additional staff, equipment and supplies needed to complete licensing and compliance activities for skill games operators, vendors and key employees.
