The owner/operator of two illegal gambling facilities in southwestern Ohio recently plead guilty to felony charges.

Stephen Cline, the owner/operator of Spinners in Circleville, was sentenced today to 5 years of probation, fined $10,000 and ordered to have no interest in any gaming operations during his probation following his involvement in an illegal casino operation.
