SBAM Tournaments

Any licensee wishing to conduct or participate in conducting an SBAM tournament in Ohio must provide notification prior to the tournament. Notification must be sent to the Commission, via the online Skill Games Reporting system, at least 30 calendar days prior to the proposed start date of the tournament.  National or international tournaments are not subject to this notice requirement.

The Commission may limit, condition, or restrict tournaments or prohibit licensees from conducting or participating in conducting SBAM tournaments if conduct of the tournament violates any provisions of chapters 2915. or 3772. of the Revised Code or Administrative Code Chapter 3772-50, or impacts the integrity of SBAM gaming in Ohio.
